How do I check the status of my order?

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 2-5 business days. Below are the expected delivery times.

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

How long does delivery take?

Please allow 15-31 business days for your order to arrive. We know it takes some patience, but it is worth it (orders outside the US may take up to 42 days). We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide, this is the reason for sometimes long shipments.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact us.

If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

Why I received only some of the items in my order and not all of them?

Trinile Best Buy is pleased to partner with artists and manufacturers all over the world in bringing products that illuminate and inspire. Some of our items will be shipped from manufacturers in places such as China, India, Indonesia or Thailand, while others will be shipped directly from artists in the US.

For this reason, sometimes the products in your order are being shipped separately from different locations.

Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

Do you deliver products internationally?

Trinile Best Buy successfully ships many products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the globe!

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picket a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. 

Your credit card information is used automatically to complete the requested transaction and is not stored or viewed in any other way.


Why you have refunded my order?

In some cases when somebody order more different products which are on promo price or free, we may refund and cancel order since we aren’t able to ship them all at once for price you have paid. In case you want to do bulk order, best way is to contact us first so we can make you special deal.

There isn’t any shipping option for my order, why?

This may happened if you added too many items on your cart, try to lower it down, or contact us and we will solve it.

Oh no, I messed up my shipping address and/or my order size. Can I change it?

If this happens to you, just email us at care@trinile.com as soon as you can and we will try to make adjustments to your order. However, we can’t make any promises.. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We’ll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.
